We take payment before the campaign begins to confirm your booking and allocate delivery staff. For repeat clients, we may offer flexible arrangements.
Cancellations made more than five working days before the start date are fully refundable. Cancellations within five working days may be subject to a 25% fee. Once distribution has started, refunds aren’t available — but we can usually reschedule.
We recommend a minimum of 1,000 items to make delivery planning efficient, but we can discuss smaller quantities for very local drops.
