1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between WePost4You (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) for the provision of flyer, menu, and magazine distribution services. By booking a campaign or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional distribution of printed materials — including flyers, menus, and magazines — across Cheltenham and surrounding areas. Each campaign is carried out by our local delivery team and may include GPS tracking and delivery reporting where specified. We reserve the right to refuse materials that contain illegal, offensive, misleading, or discriminatory content.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once we have received written confirmation (via email or form submission) and full payment or a deposit, as agreed. Payment must be made prior to the start of the campaign unless otherwise arranged in writing. Prices quoted exclude VAT (if applicable). We reserve the right to adjust pricing or cancel a booking if incorrect details were provided at the time of booking.

4. Materials and Delivery

You are responsible for supplying all printed materials in advance of your scheduled delivery date. Materials must be counted, bundled, and delivered to our collection point (or ready for pickup if agreed) at least 48 hours before the campaign begins. Additional charges may apply for material collection, storage, or sorting services. We do not accept liability for errors, misprints, or damage to materials provided by the client.

5. Distribution Areas and Targets

We aim to deliver to the areas, postcodes, and quantities agreed upon at booking. Actual delivery numbers may vary slightly due to accessibility, gated properties, or other restrictions. Distribution maps and coverage estimates are provided for guidance and may not represent exact delivery boundaries.

6. GPS Tracking and Reporting

Where applicable, GPS tracking will be used to verify completed deliveries. Tracking data may show approximate routes and timestamps but not individual property information. GPS reporting is used as a transparency tool but may be affected by signal loss, device issues, or mapping discrepancies.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 5 working days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 working days of the scheduled start date may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs. Once distribution has started, refunds cannot be issued. Campaigns postponed by mutual agreement may be rescheduled where possible.

8. Liability

We make every effort to ensure materials are delivered as agreed but cannot guarantee a specific response rate or business outcome. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as loss of profit or reputation, resulting from a campaign. Clients are responsible for ensuring all distributed materials comply with UK advertising and trading regulations.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including severe weather, illness, transport issues, or public emergencies.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Any personal data shared with us will be handled in line with UK GDPR regulations and used only for campaign management or communication purposes where consent has been given.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
